Project Leader

Summary

Project Leader responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management for RH Contract, partnering closely with Sales to deliver furnishings for luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sourcing, and Logistics to advance projects and achieve sales and fulfillment goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive end-to-end project plans shared internally and with clients
• Lead creation of quotes and invoices and coordinate order fulfillment planning with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics
• Build and maintain client relationships to retain and grow business
• Collaborate with Sales to meet forecasted demand and shipped sales goals
• Ensure data accuracy in systems and project communications and drive partner solutions

Requirements

• Minimum three years project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills with the ability to relate to all levels
• Demonstrated initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making with high attention to precision
• Proficient with CRM/Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and Google Sheets
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
