Project Manager

The Project Manager in the Logistics Transformation team at Ralph Lauren will provide direction, leadership, and guidance for logistics projects. This role requires converting business partner ideas into formal projects, managing project work, and suggesting process improvements.

• Create work plans and schedule projects using standard project management tools.
• Track and report project expenditures and manage projects to successful completion.
• Manage multiple projects and lead project teams by assigning work and coordinating resources.
• Prepare effective written correspondence and present information in group settings.
• Provide support for corporate initiatives including Customer Collaboration and Sustainability.
• Provide input and recommendations to management for resources, budget, and priorities.

• PMP certification or 5+ years of formal project management experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
