As a Sales Ambassador, you curate exceptional lifestyle experiences and drive sales through personalized service and strong product knowledge. This part-time, customer-facing role focuses on clienteling, styling, and supporting store standards while serving as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals using CRM and digital tools.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support training initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships; experience with digital selling tools preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
