Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional in-store client experiences by offering personalized styling, product expertise, and sustained client relationship building. They drive individual sales through proactive outreach, CRM-driven clienteling, and collaboration with the store team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach, and digital tools.
• Utilize CRM systems to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and apply merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
