Pt Sales Supervisor - Great Mall

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Great Mall location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences while coaching and developing the team. This role helps implement company policies and ensures store standards are maintained, including opening and closing procedures and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Build client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
