Pt Stock Support

Summary

The Operations Support Associate ensures smooth store operations by managing back-of-house inventory and supporting the sales floor. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing freight, executing RFID and inventory activities, maintaining stockroom organization, and assisting customers when on the sales floor. This role supports visual merchandising and store standards and may be scheduled full- or part-time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight to meet units-per-hour goals, including markups, markdowns, reticketing, and EAS tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, and merchandise delivery to the sales floor
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, sales transactions when required, and maintain fitting room and sales floor presentation
• Participate in visual merchandising and provide feedback to management on product opportunities

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume specialty retail experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, maneuver on the sales floor and in stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives
