Summary
Support the PR team for Men's and Women's with a focus on analytics, reporting, and administrative tasks. Monitor press coverage across categories and produce regular rankings and competitive analysis to inform communications efforts. Collaborate with local and international teams to develop internal and external reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor press clippings across fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity, and influencer coverage.
- Manage DMR rankings, generate weekly and monthly reports, and provide competitive brand analysis.
- Produce Share of Voice analysis, editorial briefings, weekly press recaps, and show and event reporting.
- Maintain communications department contact lists and the magazine archive.
- Serve as primary liaison for analytics and reporting tools such as DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international communications teams.
- Provide support for brand image events and press days as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with PR analytics tools such as DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and service-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Available to be on site four days per week at the corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.
