Real Estate Intern

As a Real Estate Intern at Kering's Corporate Headquarters in New York, you will support the Real Estate department by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and assisting in strategy development. You will gain valuable experience in the luxury retail industry, contributing to the growth and success of renowned fashion and jewelry brands.

• Conduct research to contribute to competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development.
• Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value, and occupancy costs overall.
• Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
• Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
• Compile and manage Real Estate transaction and lease files.
• Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
• Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators that may impact portfolio performance.

• Currently obtaining bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluent in English, second language a plus.
• Interest within luxury retail/fashion.
• Organized and detail orientated.
• Innovative and creative to continuously improve.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
