Job Description

Summary

As a Real Estate Intern at Kering, you will be part of the Real Estate department at the Corporate Headquarters in New York. You will report to the Vice President of Real Estate and contribute to various strategic initiatives within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to contribute to competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development.
  • Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value, and occupancy costs overall.
  • Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
  • Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
  • Compile and manage Real Estate transaction and lease files.
  • Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
  • Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators that may impact portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • Currently obtaining bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluent in English, second language a plus.
  • Interest within luxury retail/fashion.
  • Organized and detail orientated.
  • Innovative and creative to continuously improve.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
