Part time outlet receiving associate responsible for accepting, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise at the Mission Valley location. Role focuses on efficient handling of shipments to ensure accurate inventory and timely putaway in a fast paced retail outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and safely
• Inspect shipments for damage and verify item counts against paperwork
• Sort and label merchandise for processing or distribution to sales floor
• Record discrepancies and communicate issues to management
• Organize stockroom and maintain clean receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks according to safety guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for counting and inspection
• Reliable punctual attendance and ability to work a part time schedule
• Effective communication skills to report issues and work with team members
