The Receiving Support Associate handles inbound shipments, inspects and processes merchandise, and ensures accurate inventory intake at the Fashion Valley store. This part time role supports store operations by maintaining receiving areas and coordinating with store leadership to process stock efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accept and unload incoming deliveries
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
• Process received merchandise into inventory system
• Label and organize stock in backroom areas
• Move merchandise to sales floor as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of receiving area
• Coordinate with store managers on discrepancies
• Follow company receiving procedures and documentation

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes safely
• Basic inventory and stock handling skills
• Attention to detail when checking shipments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work part time hours including weekends
