Summary

The Receiving Support Associate performs receiving and inventory tasks for the store, ensuring accurate processing of inbound shipments and maintaining stock organization. This part time role supports store operations and assists team members with timely preparation of merchandise for sales floor availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Process shipments into inventory system and complete required paperwork
• Unpack, sort, and stage merchandise for stocking or processing
• Maintain organized receiving area and stockroom cleanliness
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to prioritize tasks
• Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment safely

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related retail or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
