Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Provides support for receiving and processing incoming merchandise for the store, ensuring accuracy and efficient handling of shipments. Works closely with the store operations team to maintain organized backroom inventory and prepare stock for sales floor replenishment. This part-time role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Sort, label, and organize merchandise in the backroom and prepare items for restocking on the sales floor.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with store and merchandise teams to address discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in retail receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for verifying shipments and counts.
• Available to work a flexible part-time schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
