Receiving Support Associate

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is responsible for supporting inbound merchandise processing and maintaining efficient back-of-house operations at the Orlando location. This role involves coordinating deliveries, inspecting shipments, and preparing stock for merchandising while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unload deliveries and move merchandise to designated areas
• Verify shipment contents against packing lists and system records
• Sort, label, and stage merchandise for stocking or returns
• Maintain organized receiving area and proper inventory flow
• Collaborate with store team to prioritize processing and replenishment
• Operate material handling equipment safely when required
• Document and report discrepancies or damages to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in receiving, logistics, or inventory preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work the store schedule including weekends
