Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and floor support for front and back of house boutique operations, assisting sales team and maintaining merchandise and packaging standards while delivering high levels of client service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance at point of sale
• Support selling process including hanging and returning merchandise to the floor
• Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain stock room organization
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards through straightening and filling in
• Stock bags boxes note cards ribbons stationary and related items
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service
• Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
• Assist After Sales tasks such as logging repairs contacting clients and maintaining records

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Available to work temporary seasonal schedule
