Receiving Support Associate - Newport Beach

Summary

Support receiving operations at the store by processing incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate tracking of merchandise. Work part time to assist store team with timely flow of goods into sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Accept and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unpack, sort, and label merchandise for inventory
• Organize stockroom and maintain neat storage areas
• Update inventory records and report discrepancies
• Assist with stocking sales floor as directed by management
• Operate hand trucks and basic material handling equipment safely
• Coordinate with receiving and store teams on shipment scheduling

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy boxes safely
• Basic inventory and record keeping skills
• Reliable punctual attendance and ability to work part time schedule
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
