The Receiving Support Associate handles incoming shipments and supports inventory intake at the Sherman Oaks location. This role ensures accurate receipt of merchandise and coordination with store and stockroom teams to maintain operational flow. The position reports to store management and works full time on site.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and damage
• Unload deliveries and move products to designated stockroom areas
• Verify shipment contents against packing lists and invoices
• Organize and maintain stockroom and receiving areas
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy investigations
• Prepare items for restocking on the sales floor as directed
• Coordinate with store team to manage delivery schedules

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in receiving or stock operations
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
• Basic record keeping and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full time on site
