Summary

Part-time Receiving Support Associate responsible for assisting with incoming shipments and stock processing at the Willow Grove location. Role focuses on accurate receiving, organization of inventory, and supporting store operations to maintain stock availability. Works closely with stockroom and sales teams to ensure timely flow of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Unpack merchandise and verify item counts against packing lists
• Label and tag products according to store procedures
• Organize stockroom and maintain safe, accessible storage areas
• Move merchandise to sales floor and assist with restocking
• Record discrepancies and report damaged or missing items
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in receiving area

Requirements

• Prior retail stockroom or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise safely
• Basic organization and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a variable part-time schedule
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills to coordinate with store team
