Summary

Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruitment supporting the Mid-Atlantic and Florida region with a base in Aventura. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for regionally based positions on a temporary basis. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and maintain recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job boards social media and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in person interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide candidate feedback
• Manage offer process and extend employment offers
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation
• Provide regular updates on recruiting status and metrics
• Support regional hiring initiatives and temporary staffing needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with full life cycle recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles
