Summary

Mid-Atlantic/Florida regional recruiter role based in Aventura responsible for full life cycle recruitment across markets. This temporary full time position supports hiring needs, coordinates with regional stakeholders, and drives candidate sourcing and onboarding activities in the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage full cycle recruitment including screening interviewing and selection
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Maintain applicant tracking records and provide hiring status updates
• Support offer negotiation and facilitate background checks and onboarding
• Travel or work across Mid Atlantic and Florida markets as required

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience preferably in a regional or multi market capacity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexible to work across time zones and travel within region
