Summary

Temporary full time recruiter supporting the North East region based in Short Hills NJ. Responsible for sourcing and placing candidates to meet regional hiring needs during a fixed term assignment. Works closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job specifications
• Source candidates using job boards networking and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in person interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely candidate updates
• Manage candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics
• Facilitate offer process and assist with onboarding logistics
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with full cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Comfort working in a fast paced temporary assignment
