Seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition for the North East Region from the Short Hills office on a temporary full time basis. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet regional hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for open positions across the North East Region
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage applicant tracking system records and candidate communication
• Facilitate offer processes and background check coordination
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Support recruitment metrics tracking and reporting

Requirements

• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment
