Job Description

Summary

The Regional Account Coordinator is a key sales driver responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets in the Chicago-Midwest region. This role involves executing store-level strategies to boost sales through events, merchandising, training, and staffing. The coordinator will build strong business partnerships and develop an exceptional in-store selling team to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and conduct regular goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management.
  • Plan and execute in-store sales and events in collaboration with store executive teams.
  • Coordinate with Account Executive and National Events Director to enhance store business performance through events.
  • Share insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store observations with the Regional Account Executive.
  • Conduct extensive in-store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategy, and new launches.
  • Coach product specialists on selling skills, customer service, and event booking success.
  • Manage administrative tasks including expense guidelines, monthly calendar, and usage of the MFK Backstage App.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Manager or Account Coordinator in a related field.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with store management and departments.
  • Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility for domestic travel and working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • High touch store visibility with 85% of time spent in store.
