Job Description

Summary

The Regional Account Executive is a key sales driver responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets across distribution channels in Canada. This role focuses on implementing strategies at the store level to boost sales through events, merchandising, training, and staffing. The executive will build strong business partnerships and develop an exceptional in-store selling team to support the growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and conduct regular goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and key stores.
  • Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events in collaboration with store executive teams.
  • Coordinate in-store activities and partner with the National Events Director for event planning.
  • Provide insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store traffic observations.
  • Conduct extensive in-store and virtual training on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
  • Coach product specialists on selling skills, customer service, and event booking success.
  • Ensure all presentation guidelines are executed at the highest level following brand standards.
  • Manage monthly calendar, expense projections, and usage of the MFK Backstage App.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of related field leadership experience.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with store management and various departments.
  • Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Expert business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic ability.
  • Ability for domestic travel and flexible working hours.
  • High touch store visibility with 85% of time planned to be spent in store.
