Job Description

Summary

The Regional Client Development Manager will lead retail-focused client initiatives across the Southeast region, shaping client experiences and leveraging data driven insights to drive business growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Development, this role collaborates with cross functional teams to implement clienteling tools and optimize client journeys. The manager is responsible for developing targeted recruitment and outreach strategies to support sales and cross selling. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with client development platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of client development tools including Icon and Qlik in collaboration with the New York team
  • Design and optimize client journeys within the database using personalized and broad outreach strategies
  • Identify and segment clients for recruitment into new product categories and create targeted action plans
  • Develop and manage regional clienteling initiatives to support sales growth and cross selling
  • Monitor and enhance regional client development performance to drive store and region overperformance
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities
  • Recommend actionable solutions based on data driven insights

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape
  • Proven ability to design and execute marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience developing and implementing client development tools
  • Demonstrated success driving client engagement
  • Experience working across regional and store teams
