Summary
The Regional Client Relations Manager will lead high-end (HE) strategy and development for the Chicago metro market, partnering with store leadership and regional teams to drive client retention, recruitment, and elevated client experiences. This role focuses on creating results-oriented action plans to meet HE sales targets, cultivating high-net-worth client relationships, and modeling luxury service standards across stores.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement HE strategy for the region and tailor approaches by store.
- Partner with store leaders and client relations teams to drive HE client retention and development.
- Propose and execute action plans to achieve high-end sales targets across categories.
- Maintain consistent in-store presence to prioritize launches and initiatives.
- Organize metro kick-offs, store meetings, and host high-end briefs.
- Develop and manage relationships with top VIC clients and high-net-worth prospects.
- Provide private client services via in-person and virtual appointment-based selling and wardrobing.
- Create personalized look books and support client conversations.
- Provide market visit recaps and ensure timely follow up on feedback.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or client relations, with an implied manager level.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to influence store and regional teams.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to meet HE targets.
- Adept at organizing events and in-store initiatives to drive client engagement.
- Ability to work on-site within the metro market and maintain regular store presence.
- Experience collaborating with learning and development teams to create training moments.
