Summary
The Regional Client Relations Manager will co-create and execute the High-End strategy for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region, partnering with store leadership and client relations teams to grow and retain high-net-worth clientele and drive sales across high-end categories. This role requires strong relationship building, strategic planning, and the ability to tailor initiatives by store to meet regional objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales targets across high-end product categories
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on retention and development strategies
- Identify and recruit new high-potential prospects and grow the VIC client network
- Monitor business goals per category and develop action plans with local leadership
- Plan and execute client occasions and boutique events to drive sales and loyalty
- Create a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business
- Provide recaps and follow up after market visits to ensure timely action on feedback
- Identify external opportunities and best practices from the luxury industry to grow store networks
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relations or luxury retail leadership (use of Manager default)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans across multiple stores
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-end categories
- Experience working with cross-functional regional and store teams
- Comfort with regular travel and market visits within the region
- Capacity to recruit and cultivate high-net-worth clientele
