Summary
The Regional Client Relations Manager for the Philadelphia metro market will develop and drive high-end strategy across stores, partnering with store management and regional teams to grow and retain high net-worth clients and achieve HE sales targets. The role requires onsite presence in the DC metro market and focuses on creating tailored, results-oriented action plans to elevate client experience and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement HE strategy for each category across the metro market
- Partner with store leaders and client relations teams to drive HE client retention and recruitment
- Monitor HE business goals and develop action plans with RVP and store leadership
- Create occasions and events to engage top clients and drive boutique traffic
- Maintain consistent in-store presence to prioritize product launches and initiatives
- Organize metro kick-offs, store meetings, and HE briefs
- Develop and sustain a personal network of high-net-worth clients
- Provide recaps and follow-up after market visits to ensure action on feedback
- Identify external opportunities and best practices to grow VIC networks
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail client relations or similar HE roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Strong communication and coaching skills to influence store management
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and HE targets
- Ability to create and execute tailored action plans for multiple stores
- Comfort with in-person and virtual appointment-based selling and wardrobing
- Willingness to maintain regular in-store presence and travel within the metro market
- Ability to collaborate with regional, store, and corporate partners
