Summary
Drive high-end strategy and client development across the Mid-Atlantic region, partnering with store and regional teams to grow luxury clientele and achieve HE sales targets. Serve as a High-End leader and role model to create tailored action plans, elevate client experience, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and co-create region high-end strategy for each category tailored by store
- Partner with store leaders and Client Relations and Development teams to drive HE client retention and recruitment
- Propose results-oriented actions to achieve regional and store HE targets
- Monitor progress of business goals and identify action plans with RVP and store leadership
- Create occasions and events to engage top clients and drive sales and loyalty
- Build and maintain a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients
- Identify external opportunities and best practices to grow store VIC networks
- Provide recaps and follow up after market visits to ensure timely action on feedback
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high-end client relations
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Experience driving sales targets and developing strategic action plans
- Ability to collaborate with store, regional, and zone partners
- Track record recruiting and developing high-potential prospects
- Comfort working primarily on-site at King of Prussia boutiques
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
