Summary
The Regional Events Coordinator supports planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events and regional initiatives across the West Region, partnering with store teams, regional leadership, client relations, and corporate partners to deliver elevated client experiences and support commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional and store-level events in alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives
- Manage the regional events calendar and support budget tracking for initiatives
- Develop and support new event concepts with store teams and provide brand-aligned recommendations
- Handle operational aspects of events including documentation, invitations, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Serve as on-site support for high-profile and exceptional events when required
- Support VIP gifting initiatives and collaborate with Client Relations teams to ensure consistency
- Track, consolidate, and report event performance and post-event feedback
- Support additional retail-related projects in partnership with the regional team
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, retail, hospitality, or client experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- High attention to detail and standards for execution and presentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
- Client-centric mindset with passion for luxury and experiential excellence
- Flexibility to travel and support events during evenings and weekends
