Summary
Lead a regional retail portfolio to drive commercial performance while protecting brand integrity by developing and empowering store and city leaders. Build a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial leadership across multiple stores and markets. Act as an enterprise leader who identifies network-wide opportunities and risks and translates insight into long-term sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance, culture, and reputation of a multi-store retail network and set clear commercial outcomes.
- Select, develop, coach, and mentor Store Managers and City Managers, fostering succession planning and local ownership.
- Embed clienteling and protect the brand experience consistently across all stores.
- Use performance data to drive improvement, hold leaders accountable, and balance short-term results with long-term brand equity.
- Facilitate cross-store collaboration, best-practice sharing, and leadership development through presence and influence.
- Engage personally with key clients, partners, and local communities to strengthen market position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L responsibility and multi-store oversight.
- Proven track record as a sales leader with demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams to achieve sales goals.
- Advanced coaching, talent development, and succession planning capabilities.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including proficiency with retail KPIs and multi-store economics.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to travel domestically (~35%) and internationally as required.
