Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton in Miami, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a structured training and development program. You will ensure that store and team managers develop leadership skills and that store associates are trained to perform their jobs successfully, enhancing customer experience and brand sophistication.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs with subject matter experts.
  • Coach leadership teams to improve competencies, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through observation, coaching, and action plans.
  • Partner with store and regional management for briefings, meetings, and training plans.
  • Collect and analyze feedback on training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Manage administrative tasks and support regional and store-specific initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in people management within the retail landscape.
  • Strong background in coaching employees at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous and proactive environment.
  • Desire to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.
  • Skilled in providing effective and constructive feedback.
