- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with contract guard vendors, law enforcement agencies, and other external partners on security matters.
- Manage the security budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
- Provide security training to store employees on loss prevention, emergency procedures, and active shooter response.
- Monitor security trends and emerging threats, recommending proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Serve as a point of contact for security-related issues within the region.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security and safety.
- Travel to retail locations within the region as needed (30%-50%).
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-store/location security management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail security best practices, loss prevention techniques, and security systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to retail locations within the region (up to 30%).
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
- Wicklander or Reid interviewing and integration certification preferred.
- Experience managing a team of security professionals.
- Experience working with high-end or luxury retail brands.
