Summary
Lead strategic business planning and operational execution across a defined network of boutiques in the Northern region, overseeing performance, people development, merchandising, and store openings while ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead budget and B+2 planning and assess headcount allocations.
- Drive performance through data informed decisions and market analysis.
- Recruit develop and inspire multi site retail leadership teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and maintain visibility with store teams.
- Support store openings city expansions and local activations.
- Manage product availability precollection and merchandising effectiveness.
- Oversee back of house efficiency RDI CDI reviews after sales cases and cycle counts.
- Facilitate onboarding and coaching for Store Directors and succession planning.
- Represent the brand at key retail events and resolve client complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail leadership experience preferably in luxury.
- Strong strategic planning financial and business analysis skills.
- Proven ability to lead develop and motivate multi site teams.
- Experience in merchandising buying and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 45-50% domestically and internationally.
- Ability to lift push carry and pull 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
