Regional Vice President Pacific West

Summary

Lead strategic business planning and operational execution for a defined network of boutiques in the Pacific West region, driving performance through data informed decisions, people development, and customer centric leadership. Act as a key business partner to ensure alignment with brand standards, support store openings and local activations, and provide oversight of budgets and staffing. Travel frequently to support stores and represent the brand at events and high demand periods. Supervise regional teams and manage budget and decision making responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategic plans including budget and B+2 planning.
• Assess headcount needs and validate staffing allocations across boutiques.
• Drive sales performance through data analysis and actionable business plans.
• Recruit, develop, and coach Store Directors and regional teams.
• Conduct regular store visits and maintain visible leadership on the selling floor.
• Support store openings, city expansions, and local activations.
• Oversee merchandising, visual standards, and product availability planning.
• Manage operational processes including BOH efficiency and after sales case oversight.
• Represent the brand at client events and resolve escalated client issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead multi site teams and drive talent development.
• Experience in merchandising, buying, and retail operations.
• Proficient in business analysis and data driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 45-50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift and move 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
