Summary

Provides personalized registry planning and client service on the sales floor, guiding customers through product selection for weddings, baby, and other milestone events. Delivers an elevated shopping experience by recommending complementary items and ensuring registry completeness. Works with store teams to drive registry sales and follow-up service.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand needs and curate registry selections across product categories.
• Create and maintain registry records using company registry software and POS systems.
• Recommend complementary products and provide styling advice to maximize registry value.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and sales colleagues to showcase registry items and meet sales goals.
• Provide follow-up support to clients, manage registry changes, and assist with purchase transactions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred, with strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including consultative selling.
• Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale/registry software.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
