Summary

The Registry Consultant supports clients in creating and managing gift registries, delivering personalized service and expert product guidance to meet wedding and event needs. This role is full time and based in store at the King Of Prussia location.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on registry selection and product recommendations
• Create and maintain registries using company systems
• Provide exceptional in-store customer service and follow up
• Coordinate registry appointments and consultations
• Process transactions and registry changes accurately
• Collaborate with store team to ensure registry visibility
• Assist with merchandising and presentation of registry items

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or client service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using point of sale and registry software
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends and peak retail hours
