Replenishment Associate

As a Replenishment Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the department's replenishment assortment by understanding product and customer needs. You will collaborate with the buyer and buy planner to achieve financial objectives and contribute to meeting departmental sales volume, gross margin, and GMROI targets.

• Support merchant team supplier strategy and develop vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with merchant partners to create financial plans and goals that maximize total results.
• Drive replenishment item performance through planning, ordering, and management of items.
• Perform effective analysis and decision-making to improve replenishment sales and inventory results.
• Contribute to business reviews and open-to-buy management.
• Develop effective partnerships with forecast and reserve stock teams as applicable.

• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience maintaining vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated understanding of retail and the service environment of Nordstrom.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience supporting a high sales volume category (preferred).
• Experience in a relevant merchandise category (preferred).
