Summary

Provide expert resolution of escalated client concerns for the Louis Vuitton Client Services team, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring service excellence. The Resolution Advisor focuses on delivering one-call resolution, collaborating across functions, and maintaining accurate case documentation to improve the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage escalated client issues by reviewing case history and determining appropriate resolutions aligned with brand standards.
• Work toward one-call resolution to deliver efficient and satisfying client experiences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding the Maison’s service commitments and professional standards.
• Provide case expertise, apply internal policies and procedures, and leverage cross-functional resources for sound decision-making.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, contribute to audits and trend analysis, and share observations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service or client support with experience managing escalated concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of patience, composure, integrity, and interpersonal ability to navigate sensitive situations.
• Comfort and proficiency with multiple systems and case tracking/documentation tools, with strong attention to detail.
• Sound business judgment, ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
