Retail And Product Training Intern

Summary

Internship role supporting the Retail Training Manager to deliver retail and product training initiatives for the New York office. The position offers exposure to luxury fashion operations, training program development, and seasonal project work while providing administrative and analytical support.

Responsibilities

• Compile Training App usage data on a weekly basis
• Update Client Experience Evaluations by door
• Conduct competitive studies by category and department
• Support preparation of training guidelines for new store openings
• Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador Briefs
• Review new product training related to collections and campaigns
• Organize and prepare seasonal training recaps
• Update mandatory training attendance lists monthly
• Provide general administrative support to the Training Team

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
• Detail oriented and task driven with strong time management
• Comfortable compiling and analyzing data metrics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to receive academic credit
• Able to work in the New York City office
• Organizational skills and ability to handle miscellaneous seasonal projects
