As a Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support in Men's Shoes at South Coast Plaza, you will provide excellent customer service at the point of sale, assist with sales and returns, and maintain a positive and energetic store environment. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the department is "runway ready" and supporting other areas of the store as needed.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service experience by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion.
• Keep the department "runway ready" by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
