Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support - Shoes

As a Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support in the Shoes department at Palo Alto, you will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales operations. • Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.

• Contribute to the department's appearance by straightening up, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards programs.
• Support other store areas, including order fulfillment and order pick-up, as needed.
