Responsibilities- Manage and respond to emails and phone messages, and maintain individual calendars.
- Book and expense travel arrangements, and handle departmental administrative tasks.
- Attend Retail Excellence meetings, take notes, and compile materials into presentations.
- Assist in organizing conferences and meetings, including site selection and catering.
- Create and compile PowerPoint presentations and present training sessions to retail teams.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and store teams to facilitate communication.
- Support the execution of retail projects focused on client loyalty and sales performance.
- Coordinate "test and learn" initiatives and maintain dashboards for performance metrics.
- Lead product flow for store openings and coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance.
- Drive adoption of new tools and manage issue resolution with IT.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business practices and support new hire onboarding.
Requirements- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
