Summary
Lead Retail Excellence initiatives for the East Region focusing on visual merchandising and trade marketing to improve in-store presence, sell-out performance and team capabilities. Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to define action plans, set targets and drive regional execution through regular field visits and performance analysis. Manage and develop a regional team while overseeing budgets and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Improve distribution quality and brand visibility across the East Region through enhanced in-store presence.
- Partner with top accounts to increase sell-out performance and revenue growth.
- Define store lists, action plans and objectives with Head of Sales and regional teams.
- Create activity plans for in-store specialists including visual merchandising, training and events.
- Analyze KPIs and provide insights and action plans to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing and Training teams for execution.
- Conduct regular visits to top locations and provide field support to in-store specialists.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out and inventory data to assess client performance and market opportunities.
- Lead, coach and motivate the regional team and manage travel and expense budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or visual merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in eyewear, apparel, fashion, luxury or cosmetics.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% for a field-based role.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience presenting marketing solutions and storytelling to clients and peers.
- Target focused with pro-active mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Mature, self-motivated personality with flexibility in fast moving environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
