Retail Excellence Trainee

Summary

24-month Retail Excellence Trainee program starting from a part-time retail explorer phase in Shanghai. Candidates will work in store settings, participate in a retail exploration journey and may be invited to a Challenge Day for progression into the full trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Work in retail stores as a Rexplorer retail explorer in a part-time capacity
• Support store operations and daily activities
• Assist with product presentation and client interactions
• Participate in training provided by the retail management team
• Engage in visual merchandising tasks
• Contribute to delivering excellent customer experience
• Rotate across two brands under the fashion division when applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Available to commit to at least 24 hours per week and able to start full time by June 2026
• Good spoken and written English for daily communication
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail
• Curiosity, pursuit of excellence and adaptability to change
