Retail Excellence Trainee

Summary

24-month trainee program for future retail leaders beginning with a part-time retail exploration stage in stores. Participants gain hands-on experience in store operations, product presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience, with the opportunity to advance to the Retail Excellence Trainee cohort after a Challenge Day.

Responsibilities

• Work part-time in retail stores to support daily operations
• Assist with product presentation and customer interactions
• Support visual merchandising and store standards
• Receive training and guidance from retail management
• Participate in multi-brand rotations when assigned
• Prepare for and attend the RET Challenge Day
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Available to commit at least 24 hours per week and full-time by June 2026
• Good spoken and written English for daily communication
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail
• Curiosity, drive for excellence, and adaptability to change
