Retail Leadership Training Program - Town Center At Boca Raton

Summary

An accelerated retail leadership training program running March 23 to May 15, 2026 based at Town Center at Boca Raton with a two-week Nordstrom Rack rotation. Trainees will learn management essentials, selling, merchandising, and operations with placement as Assistant Department Managers upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales daily and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and motivate teams while supporting an inclusive environment
• Participate in all training sessions and store rotations including a Rack rotation
• Learn merchandising, goal setting, and operational standards
• Network with leaders and peers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends and at multiple locations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for leadership
• Availability for the full program duration
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Willingness to accept placement within 20 miles of the training store
• Ability to provide own transportation for the two-week Rack rotation
• Comfortable with selling and meeting sales targets
