Job Description

Summary

The Retail Learning and Development Manager is a key partner to Retail, supporting the achievement of Key Business Results. This role involves assessing development needs, driving training initiatives, and deploying creative training solutions for retail employees. The manager is responsible for coaching and sustaining Tiffany client experience behaviors, ensuring employees are knowledgeable about training and development events and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Design innovative curriculums and learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities and cultural values.
  • Facilitate impactful instructional material focusing on skill development and behavior change.
  • Monitor client interactions in retail stores to ensure high sales and service standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate support teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clarity and credibility.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of retail/training experience, instructional design, or performance consulting.
  • Highly effective facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
