Responsibilities- Analyze existing content and identify learning opportunities.
- Upskill sales teams on watch knowledge, including high-end complications.
- Deploy and reinforce trainings on Bulgari client experience and selling techniques.
- Participate in retail coaching and provide feedback to Store Director and Director, Training North America.
- Collaborate on the onboarding process of regional retail hires.
- Assist in the localization of training initiatives.
- Create, monitor, and track store visits to support regional initiatives.
- Prepare, execute, and follow-up on in-store trainings.
- Monitor eLearning platforms for the assigned market.
- Create and follow-up on needs analysis and action plans related to Mystery Shop and Voice of Client initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required by management.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental committees or task forces.
Requirements- Minimum of 7+ years of sales and/or training in a luxury environment.
- Extensive watch knowledge required, supplemental certification with FHH or similar is a plus.
- Understanding of competitive watch market with strong knowledge of micro-mechanics.
- Knowledge of eLearning platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage departmental budget and process expense reports.
- Ability to navigate various professional environments in an agile manner.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%-70% of the time.
