Responsibilities- Serve as liaison with Global Training Department and attend Global training sessions as required.
- Develop and execute the Training Calendar to support annual priorities and oversee in-store coaching plans for the Bvlgari Field Team.
- Deploy trainings to Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account Coordinators, Selling Manager, and Distributor Training partners on new products, client experience, selling techniques, brand history, and storytelling.
- Participate in retail coaching and in-store observation sessions, providing feedback to local Sales Leadership and Marketing Director.
- Collaborate on the On-Boarding process of all regional retail hires.
- Assist in the localization of training initiatives launched by central training.
- Create and follow-up on needs analysis and action plans related to Mystery Shop initiatives.
- Conduct large-scale regional trainings as needed.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in training or field sales in a luxury brand.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Retail and wholesale experience preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury fragrance market preferred.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated coaching skills and facilitation within a luxury environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Ability to manage financial responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Language Skills: English, Spanish.
